DELI/DAIRY COMBO SANDWICH PLATTERS
A full assortment of fillings such as corned beef, pastrami, smoked and/or roasted turkey, baby beef, Montreal smoked meat, all beef salami, salmon, tuna, egg and chicken salads, cream cheese, ham with cheese, seafood salad, herbally seasoned grilled vegetables and Middle Eastern hummus. Selections may be served on pumpernickel and light ryes, French baguette, focaccia, gourmet tortilla wraps, bagels, pita, croissants, multi grain buns and assorted rolls. The variations are endless and portions allow for one very generously filled sandwich per person with servings of potato salad, coleslaw and relishes. May include all of Coleman's wonderful fillings on assorted bagels such as poppy seed, onion, sesame, cinnamon-raisin, and pumpernickel. Platter features 1 1/2 bagel sandwiches per person with a colourful garnish of pickles and olives.

For a change of pace, try these pockets. Portioned 2 pockets per person, filled with shavings of all of our great deli and select dairy fillings. Each pocket is dressed with crisp salad greens and special dressing. Platters are served with relish centers and with your choice of salad.
